Certified Strides 360 Instructor

Hi! My name is Shannon and I’m originally from Northeast PA but have moved all over PA, DC, and VA before finally settling outside of Richmond. My husband and I welcomed our daughter Emily in 2019 and after moving to Winchester, VA found FIT4MOM for the first time. We were immediately hooked and I became a Strides 360 instructor in early 2021. Our family moved for the last time to Richmond at the end of 2021 and I knew we had to find FIT4MOM again. I am excited to teach and meet new moms in the Richmond area! I also work full time but if I’m not working or teaching I love to spend time with family and being outdoors!
