Mom's Night Out - Monday Motivation

Who says the weekend fun has to end on Sunday? Hand over the monitor to Dad, because the moms are taking over Monday night!
We are heading straight out right after class to reward ourselves with the ultimate survival fuel: frosty margaritas, endless chips, and bowls of warm cheese dip. Come vent, laugh, and relax with your FIT4MOM Fam. You’ve earned this break!

Pool Playdate at Three Chopt Pool

Join us at Three Chopt Rec Pool for a pool playdate hosted by Ms.Britt & Ms. Kathryn! Pool opens at 10am, pack a lunch bag (or they do have concessions) & plan to stay until nap-time ! $8PP to attend pool playgroup (children under 1 years old are free- birthdates are not asked ;) ) Limited spaces- Venmo @BRITTMCONTE to hold your spot!
CORE Kids Academy Playdate

Join us at CORE Kids Academy for a free play date! This hour long event will consist of a 45-min structured class suitable for children who are able to walk up to 5 years old. After class we'll have 15 minutes of free play!

Beep beep! Calling all little drivers and creators! Join us right after class for a hands-on playgroup dedicated to all things that go.!
What We Are Up To:
- Vehicle "Sewing" Craft: Older kiddos will work on their hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills by threading colorful strings through custom cardboard vehicles!
- Baby Car Zone: Colorful toy cars to match the cardboard cut outs- for our Littles to touch, roll & enjoy tracking movement.
Pop Up Stroller Strides + Splash Pad | Twin Hickory
Sat Aug 22nd 9 - 9:45am class followed by splash pad fun
Join us for a special Pop-Up Stroller Strides at Twin Hickory Park! We'll get in a fun, full-body workout, then stick around for playground adventures and splash pad fun with the kiddos. Don't forget towels and a change of clothes!

Run Club Open House

Join us on Sunday, August 23 for a casual Open House. We'll kick things off with a short, all-paces welcome run at 7:15 AM, starting at Biscuits & Waffles, then gather for breakfast around 8:00 AM to chat all things Run Club.
Whether you come for the run, breakfast, or both, it's the perfect opportunity to meet our coach, connect with other runners, learn more about the program, and get all your questions answered. No pressure. Just good company, great conversation, and delicious breakfast! (FYI Biscuits & Waffles is a celiac & gluten free breakfast spot!)

Kitchen Band Playgroup

Join us this week as we celebrate back to school with this morning packed with wheels, tunes, and creative play! We are exploring school buses through a variety of hands-on activities tailored for every developmental stage.
- For the Little Creators: We will build fine motor skills by crafting our very own paper plate buses with paint and/or tissue paper!
- For the Tiny Explorers: Not quite ready for scissors and glue? No problem! We will have a dedicated sensory play area packed with a variety of fun, chunky bus toys to roll and explore.
Back to School Strides 360

This specialized "Back to School" Strides 360 class from FIT4MOM Richmond is designed to capture the chaotic, exciting rhythm of the seasonal transition. It packs total-body cardio and agility intervals into an empowering 60-minute session.
Mom's Day Out - Movie Date

Spa Weekend (2026) hits theaters on Friday, August 21st, and our village is heading to CMX CinéBistro Stony Point Fashion Park for a luxury movie experience on Sunday, August 30th. From the directors of Bad Moms and the writers of The Hangover, this R-rated comedy stars Leslie Mann, Isla Fisher, Michelle Buteau, and Anna Faris as friends whose relaxing luxury getaway descends into hilarious chaos. It is the absolute perfect excuse to trade the strollers for a glass of wine, chef-crafted food, and non-stop laughs!

Monster Truck Bash Playgroup

Keep the engines revving! There is no better way to celebrate the start of school by having a little bash- monster truck style! We are turning the area into a giant arena for a crashing, smashing, monster truck meetup!
While moms catch their breath, chat, and cool down, the kiddos will get to test out a massive fleet of monster trucks of all shapes and sizes!
BYO-Truck: Have a favorite truck at home? Feel free to bring it along to join the fleet!
