Moms Night Out with Vineyard Fare
Sat August 23rd 5:00pm – 7:00pm
Put on your sun dresses & wear your sun hats & join us for an affair to remember with Vineyard Fare! This charming MNO will be hosted by Owner/Founder of Vineyard Fare and former Fit4Mom Instructor, Allie Smith! She will be serving bottomless charcuterie boards from her mobile Charcuterie bar! BYOB, we will have a few bottles of wine to share.
Event hosted at FIT4MOM Richmond Owner- Natalie's House- address to be sent to attendees week of.
Price to attend is $22PP- to be venmo'd to @FIT4MOMRVA.

Stroller Strides-Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens Field Trip class & gardens playgroup
Tues August 26th 9:30am – 12:00pm
Join us at Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens for a 45 min class, held in parking lot C, followed by a trip into Lewis Ginter to play and roam. Bring a swimsuit or a change of clothes for the kids to enjoy the waterway splash pad!
* Please note: Membership or daily ticket required to enter the gardens. Children under 4 are free, Adults $20.
Stroller Strides Pop Up Class & Splash Pad at Duncroft Castle Point Park

Join us for a special evening pop up Stroller Strides class at Duncroft Castle Point Park! Come for the workout, stay after for some splash pad fun. Feel free to pack a picnic dinner too if you want to make an evening out of it!
Stroller Strides Pop Up Class at Stony Point and Splash Pad
Fri August 29th 9:30am – 10:30am
Join us for a pop up Stroller Strides class at Stony Point Fashion Park. Stroller Strides is a full body workout that incorporates cardio, strength and core work all while keeping the children engaged in their strollers with singing, bubbles, stories and fun mom to child interaction. The class is suitable for all fitness levels and even for pregnant moms. Children must remain in their stroller or wagon for the duration of class for safety and liability reasons.
After class join us at the splash pad for some water play and a chance to hang out with your new mom friends!
Park by Eggspectation & Latitude Seafood & enter in between them. We will meet in the green space not far from there.

Family Hike- Cheswick Park
Mon Sept 1st 9am-11am
Join us at Cheswick Park for a themed Labor Day hike! Bring the family - we'll explore together!
We will meet near the parking lot in the grass to the left. We'll take both loops through the woods, and stop mid-hike to learn more about Labor Day; we can enjoy our snacks there. We'll finish right back where we started and the kids can play on the playground!
Note: Bring a carrier or (preferably) a more off-road stroller for your non-walking kiddos!
Feel free to pack snacks and water and wear sturdy shoes.

Grandparents Day Craft & Picture

Grandparent’s Day is September 7th! Join us after class to create a craft you can give to the grands! There will also be a photo opportunity to take a cute picture to share with the grandparents!
We will be honoring Gianna's Grandpa in a candle lighting ceremony.
Grandparents Tribute Class & Home Depot Day!

Bring out the Grandparents, get them moving & let's pay tribute to these amazing loved ones of ours! Happy Grandparent’s Day weekend!! (Grandparent’s day is September 7th!)

Let's have some sensory fun and learn about the changing of the season to Autumn! This sensory activity will involve water so please plan accordingly with a change of dry clothes in case your littles get wet. This activity is great for all ages!

Flying Squirrels Family Night Out- Childhood Cancer Awareness Night

Childhood Cancer Awareness Night Details:
- Go Gold for Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and the ASK Childhood Cancer Foundation's 50th Anniversary! Join the Flying Squirrels in saluting the kids from ASK and their families. Players will wear custom jerseys designed by ASK kids, auctioned off to benefit ASK. Stick around following the game for fireworks up close and inside the fences.

Mama Meet Up- Bike & Stroll!
Wed Sept 17th 10am-11:30am
Let's bike and stroll at Midlothian Mines! We will meet at 10:00am.
This bike and stroll will be super shaded, stroller friendly, and we will go at a toddler pace. Kiddos welcome to bring balance bikes or other ride on toys.
Meet at the parking lot on the opposite side of North Woolridge Rd from the lake entrance of Midlothian Mines.
Football Themed Playgroup

Ready! Set! Hike! Wear your favorite football teams jersey/colors or cheerleader uniform and join us for a football themed playgroup! Stay after stroller strides for a football craft and bring a football if you have one so the kids can play!

Robins Nature Center Playgroup

Themed “Run of the River,” The Robins Nature Center highlights the remarkable ecology of the James River located along Maymont’s southern border in Richmond. The experience also emphasizes the natural history of the area and environmental stewardship opportunities for the community.
