Come spend the afternoon with us! FIT4MOM Dads Phil Russell & Joe Conte will meet whoever wants to get their golf on at Hanover Sports Park driving range, while Nat & Britt meet whoever wants to get their wine on 🤪& hang with babies at James River Winery, right next door!

Sundays under the Shade starts at 1pm, golfers would play until 2:30pmISH, then sports stars are encouraged to come join us at James River to enjoy the live music, before event ends at 4pm!

This event has free entry, they do allow outside food, but will have food trucks as well. Price for drinks/food depends on order.

Challenge yourself to wear as many brightly colored items as possible and let’s light up the night together. Bonus points for rainbow vibes, color combos you’d normally never wear, and anything that makes you smile.

Join us for our annual 4th of July class. It's one of our favorite traditions of the summer! Bring the whole crew for a festive workout filled with movement, fun, and community.

Kids ages 5+ and rising Kindergarteners are welcome to participate alongside their parent (at parent discretion). All other little ones should stay safely buckled in their stroller.

Dress in your red, white & blue, and don’t forget to pack a picnic + splash pad gear so you can keep the fun going after class! We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
