Join us at Three Chopt Rec Pool for a pool playdate hosted by Ms.Britt & Ms. Kathryn! It's Superhero Week at CAMP FIT4MOM, and we're excited to welcome some real-life heroes! 🚒 After class, firefighters from Henrico County will be stopping by with their big red fire truck for the kids to explore and enjoy.

As always, our firefighters are on duty, so if an emergency arises, they may need to leave early or may not be able to attend. We appreciate their service and understanding that when duty calls, our heroes answer!

🧘‍♀️ STRETCH, STRENGTH, SLICE & SPLASH: MOMS' NIGHT OUT! 🍕🏊‍♀️

Moms, it’s time to leave the stress behind and focus on yourself! Join us for a night of deep stretching, conversation over pizza, and pool relaxation.

• Stretch & Strength: We’re kicking off the night with a 30-minute Vinyasa yoga flow led by Ms. Maggie. Expect to melt away tension, build a little strength, and completely reset.
• Slice: After our final stretch, we will head to the outdoor picnic tables for an optional pizza party and catch-up time.
• Splash: Ready to cool off? Everyone is welcome to jump in the pool with us right after!

💵 Cost: No cost to join us for yoga, It is $8 per person to use the pool. Please Venmo @BRITTMCONTE to lock in your pool spot. Pizza price will depend on who wants to join in!

A villainous cold snap has swept through and trapped some of our favorite toys in a giant block of ice! Join Ms. Caroline for this sensory playgroup activity, where our little superheroes will use their fine motor skills and problem solving powers to defeat the freeze and rescue the toys from the ice block. Super-powered warm-water squirt bottles and kid-safe evacuation tools will be provided.

Walking supports your physical and mental well-being, and meets you exactly where you are in your motherhood journey.
