Certified Fit4Baby Instructor

Hi! I’m Allison, proud mom to two wonderful sons and wife to Eric. I’m a Richmond native, went to UVA for Environmental Science, and then lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for a few years. I have been involved in athletics since childhood, and taught Taekwondo in the Bay Area and here in Richmond. I found Fit4Baby while looking for prenatal fitness classes with my first pregnancy. I loved my experience with Fit4Baby and was excited to start Stroller Strides with my first child. The Fit4Mom classes and community were such a wonderful experience that I jumped at the chance to get more involved as a Fit4Baby instructor. When I’m not teaching Fit4Baby classes or attending Stroller Strides, you can find me competing in Taekwondo or playing with my kids at the park!
