How did you find FIT4MOM Richmond and how long have you been a part of our village?

After having my first son I wanted something where I could meet other moms and workout. I searched the internet and reached out. I've been apart of the this awesome village since March of 2022

What do you love most about being part of this community?

I love how motivating and encouraging all these women are. I mostly enjoy hearing their experiences and advice. I currently plan social events as the events coordinator.

Who are you a mom to?

Rhett who is almost 1.5 years old and pregnant with our second boy!

What is your favorite thing about being a mom?

Watching my son laugh!

What two items would you take with you if you were shipwrecked on a deserted island where all your food and water needs were taken care of?

Chapstick and sunscreen

If you had a time machine, would you travel to the future or back to the past?

How do you practice self-care?

I love going to get my nails done or going to the beach!

Where did you grow up and how did you end up in Richmond?

I grew up in Phoenix, AZ. My mother grew up in Rochester, NY and we moved after her divorce. I started working for Wegmans (Rochester) and moved to Baltimore, MD and then my husband and I moved to Richmond, VA to further our Wegmans careers. We love Richmond too!

How did becoming a mother change you?

I feel that it changed me a lot at work - my priorities are different at home and I empower my people to make decisions related to our business. Also, I feel more understanding and caring towards others.

What is the last great book or television series you've read/watched?

I don't really like either but I love a good romance.

How did you meet your partner?

I met Adam at Wegmans - he worked in the meat department and I was in the cheese shop. We met in Maryland and were a part of our stores grand opening video series.

What did you want to be when you grew up?

I had to ask my mom! She said an artist!

If you could choose one song to play every time you walked into a room for the rest of your life, what song would you choose and why?

I love all music but if I had to pick Lady Gaga - Just Dance because I would want something that would give me energy and make me happy each time.

If your five-year-old self suddenly found themselves inhabiting your current body, what would they do first?

This is great, I again had to ask my mom what I was like at five! I'd probably dress as a fashion model in clothes I thought matched and terrorize my brother. I was super clumsy but always happy!

Sierra, I feel like the story of how you and your husband met should be a RomCom! So fun! I also really appreciate your practical answer to what you would choose if you were stranded on an island - sunscreen is imperative!

Congrats on baby #2 and thank you for sharing more about yourself! If you haven't yet, be sure to come check out one of the fun social events Sierra has planned for Our Villiage!
