WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO CLASS?

For you: For most of our classes you will need a mat or towel, a resistance band with handles, water, and comfortable exercise shoes and clothing. If you do not have a band you can borrow one or buy one from our instructors. For some classes you will need a set of weights. Be sure to enroll ahead of time and your instructor will let you know what to bring.

For your littles: snacks, toys, diaper bag essentials, and any type of stroller.
