HOW DO I PLACE MY MEMBERSHIP ON HOLD OR CANCEL IT?

Email natalierussell@fit4mom.com to change the status of your membership. All requests need to be received in writing 30 business days before the next payment is due. Once payment processes there are no refunds.

Memberships will be placed on hold for the maximum of 4 months for a $10 hold fee. Our system auto prorates payments so no paid membership is lost.
