HOW DO I PLACE MY MEMBERSHIP ON HOLD OR CANCEL IT?

Please fill out this form to either pause or cancel your membership.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All membership cancellations must be received by the 15th of the month prior in order to not be charged on the 1st of the month. You will receive an email confirmation of the cancellation. Dues paid will not be credited or refunded. All cancellation requests MUST be submitted via this form.

HOLD REQUEST POLICY:

All recurring memberships may be placed on hold for up to 4 months per calendar year for a $10 hold fee. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the hold is activated. Hold requests must be submitted at least 5 days before the next billing date. When a hold is removed your account will resume auto billing. Our system auto prorates payments so no paid membership is lost.
