Body Back Transformation is an 8-week, results based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms. The workouts offer high-intensity, interval formats that give the clients a total-body workout.

Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms improve strength, muscle tone, and posture. Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating and ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy!

FIT4BABY® is a prenatal class that combines cardio, strengthening, balancing and stretching! Designed specifically for moms-to-be this class is suitable for all stages of pregnancy.

Body Back® is a results-based workout designed for moms who are ready to take their fitness and vitality to the next level. Our 60 minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) classes cycle through cardio, strength, and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family.
