Body Back Transformation is an 8-week, results based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms. The workouts offer high-intensity, interval formats that give the clients a total-body workout.
* Clients must be at least 4 months postpartum to participate in Body Back Transformation.
Drop in to any of our FIT FOR ALL Friday classes! Bring your kiddo for yoga and work out with us upstairs, or have your kiddos do yoga only while you wait, OR come on your own and just enjoy the workout. You choose! To participate please purchase the FIT FOR ALL drop in class that suits your needs.
