Combining ballet and pilates using low impact, small range of motion moves, this class is designed to help you regain your posture and alignment to help strengthen your body from the inside out. Barre will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

Our prenatal yoga classes will meet virtually via Zoom on Thursdays at 6:30 pm from the comfort of your home! Each class begins with a conversation about the current state of our pregnant bodies. Class is then tailored to meet the need of each participant, finding an experience that can be gentle or challenging as suits the need of each birthing person. Through the physical postures of yoga, breath work and relaxing meditation, your body and mind will feel ready to bring your baby into the world whichever way you choose.
