Body Well is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This 8-week program includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.

FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. Join our private group just for expectant moms and enjoy 2 classes per week. One Fit4Baby workout class and one prenatal yoga class. It's the best of both! Our January/February session will be led virtually via Zoom.

This is an in person 45 minute MOM ONLY class. Suitable for all stages of motherhood ~ prenatal, recently postnatal and for the mom with older kids. We offer low and high intensity options to suite YOUR needs.

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking/jogging and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Our Sunday Series is a 4-week hybrid course consisting of everyone's favorite Body Boost class as well as our newest program Strides 360. The course runs from January 10th - 31st and can purchased on it's own or as an add on to your current membership/pass. Our special intro price is ONLY $40! This is a real bargain and a great way to try out our new program!

Week 1 & 3: Your instructor will guide you through Strides 360 - Strides 360 promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength, and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you're not sure how you made it out the door! ** Normally we allow moms to bring kiddos in the stroller with them if they choose too, but due to the current mandate and our class number restrictions we are currently offering this as a mom only class.

Week 2 & 4: Your instructor will guide you through Body Boost - Body Boost combines cardio, strength, core and meditation and is the perfect workout for mom's mental and physical health. Body Boost is a 60-minute results-based, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to challenge, empower, and energize, leaving Mom feeling refreshed and recharged for motherhood and all that comes with it.
