Virtual Run Club

Who: Everyone! Yes, from those starting to run for the first time to those marathoners out there. This is for all moms! Run on your own or bring the kiddos along in the stroller for your weekly run.

Where: Join us via Zoom link for a group warm up at your house, in your kitchen, your garage, in your back yard, wherever! Then go for your planned run in your own neighborhood or place of choice.

When: Sundays at 8 am from May 31st until July 5th finishing with our virtual race on July 12th

What & Why: Tips for getting started, detailed training plans for a variety of distances or general running (running and cross-training), as well as nutrition tips for fueling during training. You will be part of a private Facebook group and each week you'll receive email support, accountability and progress check-ins from your Virtual Run Club Coach.
