Fit4Baby (Virtual Session)

Fit4Baby is an 8-week session that run from Sunday, January 3rd until Thursday, February 25th.

Our Fit4Baby workout classes will meet virtually via Zoom OR in person on Sundays outside at Libbie Mill (weather dependent) at 9 am. This class includes, cardio, strength, balance and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing mediation.

Our prenatal yoga classes will meet virtually via Zoom on Thursdays at 6:30 pm from the comfort of your home! Each class begins with a conversation about the current state of our pregnant bodies. Class is then tailored to meet the need of each participant, finding an experience that can be gentle or challenging as suits the need of each birthing person. Through the physical postures of yoga, breath work and relaxing meditation, your body and mind will feel ready to bring your baby into the world whichever way you choose.

You can begin Fit4Baby at any point during your pregnancy as the classes are scientifically-based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body.
