Fit4Baby 6-week session (prenatal workout)

FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY® at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!

For this 6-week session participants will meet in person at Libbie Mill. If there is inclement weather class will be led virtually via Zoom.

Join us on Sundays ONLY by purchasing our Fit4Baby Pass. Or purchase our Fit4Baby/Yoga Pass and enjoy the added bonus of prenatal yoga. Our prenatal yoga class meets virtually on Thursdays at 6:30 pm.

Session participants also have access to a private Facebook group for added community, connection and guest speakers.


All class passes must be used within the 6-week time frame. If you have your baby before the session ends and need an extension to use at Stroller Strides please email our FIT4BABY Manager Kate at kate.fit4momrva@gmail.com.
