FIT4BABY® classes exclusively focus on pregnant moms and the recently postpartum mom! Regular activity such as FIT4BABY® fitness classes can help to reduce many maternal aches and pains, increase energy during and after pregnancy and may speed the labor, delivery and recovery process. Pregnancy is the perfect time to commit to health; and exercise is an important component to well-being for pregnant women and new moms. You can begin FIT4BABY® at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically-based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time and into the fourth trimester.
