Body Back Transformation is an 8-week, results based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms. The workouts offer high-intensity, interval formats that give the clients a total-body workout.
* Clients must be at least 4 months postpartum to participate in Body Back Transformation.
Our 6 week sessions run at different times throughout the year and you can join in at any time.
FIT4BABY® classes exclusively focus on pregnant moms and the recently postpartum mom! Regular activity such as FIT4BABY® fitness classes can help to reduce many maternal aches and pains, increase energy during and after pregnancy and may speed the labor, delivery and recovery process. Pregnancy is the perfect time to commit to health; and exercise is an important component to well-being for pregnant women and new moms. You can begin our FIT4BABY session at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically-based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time and into the fourth trimester.
