Body Back® Courses/Classes

8 Week Program- $299 (Alumni Rate-$249*)

Body Back® is a results-based workout designed for moms who want their body back, whether they just had a baby or their last child was born twenty years ago! Most importantly, it will help women unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment. Body Back® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class. This program is suitable for ALL fitness levels!

What Does Body Back® Include?

  • 2 Workouts per week in a small group format
  • Supported food logging
  • Before and After fitness assessments and measurements
  • Online coaching and support
  • Weekly Challenges & at-home workouts
  • and TONS of support from the small group format!

The workouts have been clinically proven in a university research study to help moms lose the weight and return to their pre-baby body composition and confidence. Moms all over the country are achieving results that they never dreamed possible.

*Note- this is only for clients who have taken at least 1, 8 week session of Body Back previously within the past 2 years.

6 Week Body Back® Mini Session

6 Week Mini Session - $199

Includes:

* 2 weekly HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts led by a nationally certified Body Back® Instructor

* Small group format

* In class meditation

* Online support through a private Facebook group

* TONS OF SUPPORT!

Body Back® Boost Pass

$150 - 8 classes

Body Back Boost (this is the same class as Body Back 6 Week Mini Session. Enroll in this class and buy our Body Back 8 Week Class Pass to participate)
